Our mission is to help all career professionals to develop coaching competencies and equip them with career development tools and best practices, so they can provide the highest level of professional career coaching to enable their clients to achieve their goals.

CareerWay follows coaching principles, standards, and professional ethics of International Coach Federation (ICF) and accredited as a provider of Level1 Coaching Education.

Level 1 coaching education provides aspiring coaches with fundamental skills and a clear pathway to the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

Practice, Lab, Tutoring
Individual mentoring (3 sessions)
Group mentoring (7 sessions)

Program summary:

6 mandatory modules (16 hours each)
2 elective modules (16 hours each)

7 – 9 months, depending on schedule and selection of modules

Program duration:

Contact hours: 97 (in class, individual mentoring)
Asynch hours: 18 (prep, self-practice)
Total hours: 115
